Job Title: Interior Designer
Location: Ludhiana
Note: Someone who has exp in managing Residential projects
Role Overview
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer to plan, design, and execute residential and/or commercial interior projects. The role involves client interaction, space planning, design development, vendor coordination, and on-site execution to deliver high-quality interiors aligned with client expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand client requirements, budgets, and timelines
- Develop design concepts, layouts, mood boards, and 3 D visualizations
- Prepare detailed drawings (layouts, elevations, BOQs, and specifications)
- Select materials, furniture, lighting, finishes, and color palettes
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, architects, and site teams
- Manage project timelines and ensure quality execution on site
- Conduct site visits and resolve design or execution challenges
- Ensure designs comply with safety standards and project guidelines
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Degree/Diploma in Interior Design or Architecture
- Proficiency in Auto CAD, Sketch Up, 3 Ds Max, Revit, Photoshop (as applicable)
- Strong understanding of space planning, materials, and finishes
- Good communication and client-handling skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Preferred Experience
- Experience in residential, commercial, hospitality, or luxury interiors
- Knowledge of vendor sourcing and cost estimation
- Exposure to turnkey or design-and-build projects
