Key Accountabilities:
- Undertake design project from concept to completion including GFC drawings and detailing.
- Define project requirements & scheduling.
- Interpret & translate different stakeholder’s need in to plans.
- Research & decide on materials & product required.
- Produce samples and mood products if required.
- Set cost according to budget.
- Adapting plans according to circumstances and resolving any problems that may arise during construction.
- Research & follow industry changes, evolutions & best practices.

- External: Consultants & vendors
Qualifications
- Degree in Interior Design/ Architecture with 5-10 years of experience
- Proven working experience in decorating interior spaces (consultations, renovations, space planning and new constructions)
- Expertise in layout, colour, lighting, materials selection, custom furniture and all installations.
- Proficient in Auto CAD, Sketch Up, 3 D Max, Illustrator or other design programs.
- Excellent portfolio of previous works
- Creative talent, imagination and eye for design
- Communication and presentation skills
