Interior Designer (Onsite) - Raipur, Chhattisgarh

The Role : We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer to join our on-site team. The ideal candidate will have strong 3D rendering skills and experience handling diverse design projects. This is a full-time, on-site position in Raipur, with working hours from 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM (Monday to Saturday). You will collaborate closely with clients, vendors, and contractors to bring design projects to life.

Key Responsibilities-

Develop interior design concepts and detailed plans for a variety of projects (residential, commercial, etc.), ensuring designs meet client goals and budgets.

Create high-quality 2D layouts and 3D renderings/visualizations using software such as

SketchUp, AutoCAD, Revit, etc., with a focus on photorealistic renders via Enscape.

Prepare presentations (mood boards, material samples, finish schedules) to communicate design ideas and revisions to clients.

Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and contractors – sourcing furniture, fixtures, and materials, and managing procurement within budget and timeline.

Conduct regular site visits to supervise installation and ensure design intent is accurately executed on-site.

Collaborate with architects, engineers, and the internal team to integrate all aspects of the project and solve design or construction challenges.

Maintain project documentation and ensure compliance with local building codes, standards, and safety regulations.

Qualifications-

Education : Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field (required).

Experience : Minimum 2 years of professional interior design experience, with a strong portfolio of completed projects.

Design Skills : Proven expertise in 3D modeling and rendering. Proficiency with Enscape is a must; experience with SketchUp, Revit, AutoCAD, or similar design software is highly desirable.

Project Variety : Ability to work on all kinds of projects (residential homes, commercial spaces, retail, offices, etc.) and adapt to different styles and client needs.

Vendor Management : Excellent coordination and negotiation skills for managing vendor relationships and project procurement.

Soft Skills : Strong communication and presentation skills, client-focused attitude, and the ability to work well in a team. Detail-oriented and organized, with good time-management to handle multiple projects and deadlines.

On-Site Availability : Must be willing and able to work full-time from our Raipur office (11:00 AM – 7:00 PM, Monday to Saturday)

Compensation & Schedule

Location: On-site position at NC Designs office in Lakhe Nagar Raipur, Chhattisgarh.

Working Hours : Full-time (Monday–Saturday, 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM).

Salary : ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month (competitive and negotiable based on experience and skill level).
