Job Summary: Interior Designer
As an Interior Designer , you will be responsible for creating functional and aesthetically appealing modular designs while ensuring an exceptional customer experience from concept to completion. The role demands strong creative thinking, technical expertise, and effective client communication to translate ideas into practical and visually appealing design solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the entire project lifecycle—from design conceptualization to execution and handover.
Communicate with clients to understand requirements, gather feedback, and deliver tailored design solutions.
Own the sales funnel and drive project closures through effective client interactions.
Ensure accuracy, quality, and timely delivery of all design outputs.
Create detailed layouts, mood boards, and Bo Qs, and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
Stay updated with the latest design trends, materials, and technologies in the interior design industry.
Qualifications & Expertise:
Graduate degree or relevant diploma in Interior Design.
Minimum 1 year of experience as an Interior Designer with 2–4 completed residential modular projects.
Proficiency in design tools such as Auto CAD and Power Point.
Strong knowledge of conceptual, technical, and modular design principles.
Familiarity with civil works, services specifications, and installation details.
Proven ability in sales closures through persuasive and logical communication.
