+ Lead and supervise interior design (ID) works, managing a dedicated team throughout all project phases.
+ Collaborate closely with architects and other design disciplines (spec. lighting, MEP final fix etc) to resolve any design or construction-related issues, ensuring seamless project execution.
+ Provide expert input on the selection of materials and finishes, balancing client preferences with architectural and project requirements.
