Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Design Development: Collaborate with clients to determine their requirements, preferences, and budget constraints. Develop design concepts that align with the client’s vision and needs.
  • Space Planning: Create detailed floor plans and layouts to optimize the use of space, ensuring functionality and adherence to building codes and regulations.
  • Material Selection: Choose appropriate materials, finishes, and furnishings that complement the design concept while considering durability, sustainability, and cost-effectiveness.
  • 3D Modeling and Visualization: Produce 3D models and renderings using software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar tools to help clients visualize the proposed designs.
  • Project Coordination: Work closely with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure the design is executed accurately and within the project timeline.
  • Budget Management: Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effective solutions without compromising on quality or design integrity.
  • Site Visits: Conduct site visits to oversee the progress of construction and installation, ensuring that the work is carried out as per the design specifications.
  • Client Communication: Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients throughout the project, providing updates and addressing any concerns or changes that may arise.
  • Industry Trends: Stay updated with the latest trends in interior design, materials, and technology to provide innovative and modern design solutions.

    • Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B-Arch) or equivalent.
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in interior design or a related field.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.
  • Creativity: Strong creative and artistic skills with an eye for detail and a flair for design.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present design concepts clearly and persuasively.
  • Project Management: Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Team Player: Ability to work effectively in a team environment, collaborating with colleagues, clients, and other stakeholders.
