Interior Designer

Responsibilities:

• Undertake design project from concept to completion
• Interpret and translate customer requirements into plans
• Set costs and project fees as per the budget
• Research and decide on materials and products sourcing
• Developing 3d mock-up of the required project
• Produce “rendering/images/walkthroughs”
• Supervise work progress
• Work closely with designers, architects, and constructors
• Research and follow industry changes, evolutions, and best practices Requirements:
• Should have a grip on cost Estimation & Execution
• Proven working experience in decorating interior spaces (consultations, renovations, space planning, and new constructions)
• Expertise in layout, colour, lighting, materials selection, custom furniture, and all installations.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Max, Illustrator, or other design programs
• Excellent portfolio of previous works
• Creative talent, imagination, and eye for design
• BS degree in Interior Design or similar
• Required 2 years of experience
• Preferably from Thrissur Salary range : INR 15,000 upto 18,000. Location: Thrissur.
