Overview

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Interior Fitout Quantity Surveyor to join KORUS INTERIOR SDN. BHD. in Kuala Lumpur. This full-time role focuses on delivering high-quality interior design projects on time and within budget.

Responsibilities

• Providing accurate quantity surveying services for interior design and fitout projects, including cost estimating, cost planning, and cost control
• Preparing detailed bills of quantities, cost reports, and other project documentation
• Negotiating and finalising contracts with suppliers and subcontractors
• Monitoring project progress and costs, and implementing cost-saving measures where possible
• Collaborating closely with the interior design team to ensure the successful delivery of projects
• Providing advice and support to the project management team on all commercial aspects of the projects
