This is a full-time, on-site Interior Pre-Sales role based in Bengaluru. The primary responsibilities include engaging with potential clients, providing excellent customer service, understanding client needs, and presenting suitable solutions that align with their interior design preferences. The role also involves training team members and managing sales operations to ensure customer satisfaction and business growth.

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills for effective client engagement and relationship building
• Experience in Sales and Sales Management to drive consultations and meet sales targets
• Ability to conduct effective Training and guide team members in achieving performance goals
• Proficiency in understanding client needs and translating them into actionable plans
• Previous experience in the interior design or home renovation industry is a plus
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Sales, Marketing, Business, or a related field
