Interior Site Engineer oversees the execution of interior fit-out works at site, ensuring that designs are implemented accurately, safely, and within the approved timeline and budget.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate interior works such as carpentry, false ceiling, flooring, painting, electrical, and plumbing.
Interpret interior drawings, shop drawings, and specifications for site execution.
Coordinate with designers, contractors, vendors, and labor teams.
Ensure quality control, workmanship standards, and material compliance.
Monitor site progress and report daily/weekly updates.
Handle site measurements, inspections, and issue resolution.
Ensure adherence to safety norms and site discipline.
Support billing, BOQs, and material reconciliation as required. Requirements:
