Responsibilities
•
Make a detailed project schedule with dependencies and keep all stakeholders including the Client updated on advancements in the project.
•
Red flag delays and prepare catch-up plans.
•
Prepare Daily & Weekly Progress Reports to be sent to the customers.
•
Understand drawings (2D & 3D) of all disciplines (civil, electrical, plumbing, carpentry etc)
•
Identify design discrepancies and foresee execution risks.
•
Ensuring execution and design match at all times.
•
Validate drawings, BOQ & site.
•
Ensuring quality and timeline-related requirements are met.
•
Effectively communicating with clients, designers and other stakeholders to resolve any issues.
•
Updating of project trackers & summaries
•
Prepare interim and final checklists and reports and submit the same as required. Experience
•
2 Years experience in the modular furniture and residential interiors industry. Some experience in commercial interiors is preferred
•
Should have preferably worked on implementation of interiors for high end premium Villas/ Residential Projects.
•
Good exposure to latest trends in wall & panel finishes, applications and availability
•
Having knowledge of Modular installation and site measurement standards.
•
Familiarity with vendors & having contacts
•
Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering or Interiors
•
Candidate must be proficient in English & have working knowledge of Hindi.
•
Candidate must have a two-wheeler and he must be comfortable in traveling across Trivandrum & suburbs
