Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Interiors Lighting Designer with a focus on creative and technical excellence. This is a full-time, mid-level position based in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have 4 to 6 years of relevant work experience, allowing them to effectively contribute to and expand upon our innovative design solutions.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proficiency in Dialux for designing and planning lighting solutions is crucial for this role (Mandatory skill).
• Experience with lighting design techniques to create aesthetically pleasing and functional lighting systems (Mandatory skill).
• The ability to perform detailed lighting calculations to ensure designs meet both aesthetic and regulatory requirements (Mandatory skill).
• Expertise in luminaire specification to select the appropriate lighting fixtures for various projects.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD for drafting and design purposes, ensuring precise and accurate plan execution.
• Strong skills in client presentation, with the capability to communicate ideas and concepts effectively to clients.
• A keen eye for detail allowing for the creation of visually appealing lighting designs.
• Problem-solving skills to address and resolve design challenges efficiently and creatively.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop and implement lighting designs using Dialux to enhance both aesthetic and functional aspects of interiors.
• Perform comprehensive lighting calculations to ensure compliance with industry standards and client specifications.
• Prepare detailed drawings and layouts using AutoCAD to illustrate lighting plans and specifications to clients and contractors.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and preferences, providing expert advice and innovative lighting solutions.
• Stay updated with industry trends and technologies to deliver state-of-the-art lighting designs.
• Coordinate with project teams to ensure smooth implementation and execution of lighting projects.
• Conduct site visits to oversee the installation and ensure adherence to the design plans and quality standards.
• Provide technical support and guidance throughout the design and execution phases of projects.
