Key Responsibilities

• Prepare conceptual, preliminary, and detailed designs for water, storm, sanitary, and roadway projects; support construction phase deliverables.
• Lead design review and quality assurance for project deliverables.
• Execute earthwork calculations using Civil 3D and coordinate with sub‑consultants and other disciplines.
• Collaborate with the project team to ensure schedule, budget, and quality objectives are met.
• Support proposal preparation, technical leadership, and client communication throughout the design cycle.
