Position Overview The Intermediate Creative Services Coordinator will coordinate the image, copy, and system workflow processes necessary for the production, implementation, and maintenance of merchandise on 1200+ Online Campus Shops. Assists eFollett Marketing team, store personnel, and GM planners in executing merchandising initiatives that increase sales of all branded products online. Actively monitors and troubleshoots Online Campus Shop merchandise to ensure optimal customer shopping experiences. Responsibilities
  • Online Merchandise Onboarding
  • Process incoming image files for 1200 online campus shops: Track and rename all files (160k+ per year) to standard eCommerce naming convention.
  • Use Photoshop (as needed) to edit and optimize received images to company standards.
