Desktop Support Analyst
On behalf of our client, Procom is seeking a Desktop Support Analyst for a contract opportunity.



Desktop Support Analyst Job Details:

  • The Desktop Support Analyst will be responsible for the analysis, development of requirements, technology recommendations from concept to implementation of computer-based desktop infrastructure including HW and SW. They will be involved in projects, infrastructure support, and mentoring associate employees.
    • Desktop Support Analyst Responsibilities
  • Desktop Support, working with users and troubleshooting technical problems
  • Respond to Incident and request from users
  • installing equipment laptop./desktops
  • Tape back-up
  • Swap of tape backups
  • Assisting Network and Server team when required.
