Typical Day in Role
- Calls and Status Updates: Regular calls and status updates to track progress.
- Follow-Up: Ensuring tasks are implemented on time by following up with resources.
- Stakeholder Communication: Speaking to stakeholders to gather business requirements and ensure proper sign-off.
- Team Alignment: Aligning expectations with the team and following up with architects.
- Project Estimation: Obtaining DOA for the project and estimating the project end-to-end.
- Resource Management: Managing resource plans, project logs, and status reports.
- Financial Management: Handling financial management and estimating the project at completion.
- Issue Mitigation: Addressing any issues that arise and mitigating risks.
- Effective Communication: Maintaining polished and articulate communication with stakeholders and the project team.
