CDM Smith is looking for an Intermediate Marketing Analyst to join our team.

As a member of the CDM Smith team, you would contribute to our mission by:

• Build, test, and deploy email campaigns through Marketo

• Set up, monitor, and optimize automated lead nurture and lead scoring programs in Marketo to generate Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs)

• Deploy and report on A/B tests to increase email open rates

• Report on additional email and nurture marketing KPIs including click-through rate, bounce rate, and conversion rates

• Routinely audit, create, and test active Marketo forms to ensure functionality

• Report on marketo form performance and provide recommendations for improvement

• Manage email list segmentations to organize audience and minimize unsubscribe rate

• Assist with lead list importing as needed

• Monitoring and maintaining key marketing systems, including marketing automation, customer relationship management (CRM), and data services.

• Processing, cleansing, and verifying the integrity of data used for data analysis.

• Automate the distribution of sales lead information to the sales team to facilitate contact with potential clients.

• Writing and editing copies of basic to moderate complexity, primarily for email campaigns and website landing pages.

• Coordinating with stakeholders to define project scope, deliverables, timeline, and work plans for marketing projects of basic complexity.

• Performing other duties as required.
