Job Title - Intermediate Mechanical Engineer (Building Services) Location: Birmingham, UKType: Full-time, PermanentAbout the Role We're looking for an Intermediate Mechanical Engineer to join a multidisciplinary building services team working on a variety of projects across residential, commercial, education, cultural and industrial sectors. You'll be involved in mechanical design, energy modelling and technical coordination from concept through to detailed design and handover.Key Responsibilities • Design HVAC and mechanical systems across project types, including calculations, specifications and schedules. • Produce mechanical engineering drawings and details using AutoCAD and/or Revit. • Carry out energy modelling and compliance analysis (e.g., Part L, TM54, overheating assessments) ideally using IES. • Undertake SAP and other performance assessments on building services systems. • Support coordin...
