Responsibilities

New Site Parameter Planning

  • Based on predefined rules and inputs, plan cell parameters, including site/cell identification, very critical parameters such as frequencies,/PCI/cell radius, and other key radio parameters.
  • Deliver planning parameter sheets in accordance with defined SLA requirements and maintain the database.
  • Generate required scripts.
  • Review others' output and ensure the quality.
