An established and growing utilities contractor is looking to appoint an Intermediate Quantity Surveyor to take ownership of their own projects within a close-knit commercial team.

The business holds long-term contracts with leading utilities providers across the UK, delivering a steady pipeline of work and long-term stability. You’ll have commercial responsibility for your own schemes, with direct support and guidance from an experienced Commercial Director when required.

The role is primarily office-based, with travel to sites as needed.
