Intermediate Quantity Surveyor Mayo

Our Client is a national construction company

They wish to recruit an Intermediate level Quantity Surveyor for building projects in the north west predominantly Mayo/Sligo. The initial project / program is 18mths to 2yrs which includes: part new build, part refurbishment, infrastructure/earthworks & marine.

Working alongside experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor duties will include:

Managing project costs, procurement, valuations, and final accounts, requiring strong numeracy, IT (Excel, QS software), and communication skills

Key duties include cost planning, subcontractor management, financial reporting, subcontractor agreements, payment certifications, and final accounts. On-site measurements, verifying works, and liaising with teams.

Experience
