Job Description : Our client in Calgary is looking for a Intermediate Salesforce Analyst.
Must Have Primary Skills :
- Manage a queue of Salesforce support tickets (incidents, problems, service requests, enhancements).
- Perform root cause analysis and resolve issues related to configuration, data, and usererror
- Provide high-quality user support via email, chat, and virtual meetings
- Set and manage user expectations around timelines, scope, and impact of changes
- 3–5+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience in an Administrator / Analyst role
- Solid experience with Service Cloud, including Strong understanding of Salesforce security: Profiles, Permission Sets, Role Hierarchy,Sharing Rules, Organization-Wide DefaultsCases, Queues, Assignment Rules, Email-to-Case, Case Escalation
