Location: North Greenwich (Hybrid: office, remote, site visits)

Salary: £39,000 - £50,000 (Intermediate) | £55,000 - £60,000 (Senior)

We are seeking an experienced Intermediate or Senior Cladding Designer to join an established design team. This role offers the opportunity to work on a variety of UK-based façade projects, combining technical design, site engagement, and collaboration with architects, engineers, and clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Produce detailed cladding construction drawings, including elevations, plans, fire barriers, and panel layouts
• Prepare sub-grid and panel setting‑out drawings
• Conduct site surveys, inspections, and photographic documentation
• Liaise with suppliers for specifications, U‑values, and condensation calculations
