Intern - Administration [temporary]

**Responsibilities**:
Daily responsibilities will depend on the individual’s background and the internship period. Duties may include:
- Monitor, review and follow-up on actions related to the administration activities and interaction with substantive units.
- Provides general office support services to help ensure the smooth functioning of an organizational unit.
- Maintain up-to-date work unit files (both paper and electronic)
- Receive phone calls and visitors and refer them to the appropriate source or reply personally to queries when possible.
- Photocopy, scan, when necessary, documents and other materials.
- Operate a variety of office equipment in the performance of basic office functions, e.g. photocopier, printer, scanner, etc.
- Perform other duties as required.
