What The Role Is
Under this internship programme, you will be attached to the Centre of Excellence for Civil and Structural Design & Research in HDB's Building & Research Institute.
What You Will Be Working On
During your internship, you will have the opportunity to participate in the development and implementation of robotic repair solutions for interlocking pavers which includes but not limited to:
Conducting research and feasibility studies on automated paver maintenance systems
Supporting the design and testing of robotic solutions for interlocking paver repairs, including programming and calibration of robotic systems
Carrying out cost-effectiveness analysis for robotic repair solutions compared to traditional maintenance methods
Liaising and collaborating with various stakeholders including technology vendors, contractors and maintenance teams to refine robotic repair processes
