• Maintain an overview of local data sources and rules applying this to client requests and advising on suitable solutions using your detailed knowledge including any limitations on the scope of the request
• Respond to requests in a timely manner within agreed lead times. This includes preparing and sending data to production colleagues for ad-hoc reports and providing local expertise to GCEs during project scoping exercises
• Validating global quotes and ensuring prices charged are in line with local policy
• Using local expertise to answer client queries on delivered data leveraging a network of contacts around the local business as appropriate
