Intern, Business Analyst (PSPL)

What You Will Be Working On


The IT Business Analysis team makes things happen within the company. We are the SMEs that Business Units rely on when they want to actualize a new platform or module. As an IT Business Analyst Intern, you will gain exposure to various platforms in TradFi (e.g., Securities Trading Platform, Wealth Platform, etc.). You will also be part of an energetic team that will plan, organize, and facilitate the internal Phillip Fintech Conference happening in the first week of August 2026. You will surely put your organizational skills and soft skills to good use.


In This Role, You Will:

  • Engage key stakeholders to gather requirements and insights.

  • Drive a project as a Project Manager or IT Business Analyst – make things happen.

  • Conduct market research on industry trends and the latest technological advancements that we could implement within the team and/or company.

  • Generate User Requirement Specifications and Test Cases for projects.

  • Possibly get involved in AI-related initiatives.

  • Get involved in planning, organizing, and facilitating our internal Phillip Fintech Conference 2026.

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or a related field.

  • Possess an inquisitive and analytical mindset.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively within a team environment.

  • Knowledge of Scrum Framework, Waterfall Methodology, Design Thinking, or Customer Journey Mapping.
