  • Support the development of concepts to involve leaders and employees in change initiatives and gather their feedback

  • Assist in the organization and follow-up of internal workshops and training sessions

  • Develop compelling communication materials, including intranet articles, presentations, and videos, to support change initiatives

  • Coordinate and engage with the internal Change Management Community to foster knowledge exchange and best practices
