Job Description

We are seeking a candidate with a strong understanding of the KYC process to support the Treasury team in banking and structured product operations. The role requires sound knowledge of banking operations and the ability to review and manage KYC documentation for both Individual and Corporate entities, ensuring compliance and operational efficiency.


Duration - 6 months to 1 year


  • Manage end-to-end banking operations, including bank account opening, closure, and modification processes.
  • Coordinate with banks to manage facilities, respond to bank queries, and provide operational support to internal teams.
  • Execute quarterly bank balance confirmations to support audit and compliance requirements.
  • Ensure timely and accurate updates of banking-related information within internal systems and operational frameworks.
  • Support end-to-end Know Your Customer (KYC) due diligence for Individual and Non-Individual clients involved in Structured Product transactions, including onboarding and periodic reviews.
  • Perform Anti-Money Laundering (AML) screening by reviewing client documentation, identifying potential risk indicators, and escalating issues in line with internal policies.
  • Ensure all mandatory KYC and compliance approvals are obtained, properly documented, and in place prior to transaction execution.
  • Maintain and update client records across SharePoint and internal systems, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and audit readiness.
  • Demonstrate strong communication skills to effectively engage with both internal and external stakeholders.
