Job Description

Responsibilities:
- Support the customer in the identification of the necessary component to exchange.
- Manage all the procedures from the customer’s request to the delivery of the component (process
the offers, enter the sales orders within the management, manage the order confirmations and
delivery dates).
- Component warranties.
- Support on warehouse activities.
- Backup on order service orders.
- Improvement Projects
- Documentation control
- Documentation, process mapping and implementation of policies and procedures.
- Design diagrams, flowcharts
- Creation of operational manuals by activity.
- Foreign trade
- Implementation of material matrix with HTS, NOMS, technical sheet, use and function.
**Requirements**:
- Good communication skills.
- Knowledge of the Microsoft Office package.
- Excellent knowledge of English both written and oral.
- Strong customer orientation.
- ERP software desirable (SAP, JD Edwards, Oracle)...
