Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented D2C Growth & Merchandising Intern to support data tracking, campaign execution, and on-site merchandising for our D2C business.
The role involves monitoring conversion funnels, assisting with marketing campaigns, maintaining product content hygiene, and turning data into clear, actionable insights. This is a hands-on role for someone eager to learn how performance, content, and merchandising come together in a fast-paced D2C environment.
1. D2C Data & Conversion Tracking
- Track daily and weekly funnel metrics across sessions, PDP views, add-to-cart, checkout, and orders
- Monitor key KPIs including conversion rate, ATC%, checkout%, AOV, cancellations/refunds, and basic repeat rate
- Identify funnel leakages and share clear, action-oriented insights to improve conversion
- Maintain accurate trackers and dashboards in Excel / Google Sheets using pivot tables and formulas
