+ Managing the manufacturing shop, preferably in shifts.
+ Daily management for job planning, resource allocation considering production schedule.
+ Provide technical solutions, problem solving to resolve issues.
+ Ensure Shop productivity and meeting production targets with effective planning and resource utilization.
+ Interaction with customer for developing effective customer relationship.
+ Co-ordinate with Lean Team for process improvement.
+ Collaborate with cross functional team for effective shop management.
+ Adaptive to accept new ideas, changes and challenges.
**What you’ll do (Job Responsibilities)**
+ Managing the manufacturing shop, preferably in shifts.- **Fabrication Supervision as a shift In charge**
+ Daily management for job planning, resource allocation considering production schedule.---- **Maintain Rhythm as a Shop Co Ordinator in L2 level**
+ Provide technical solutions, problem solving to resolve issues— **Shop Lean coordination to optimize the process cost**
+ Ensure Shop productivity and meeting production targets with effective planning and resource utilization.---- **Maintain Bowler chart in respective shift and prepare catch up plan for any risk mitigation**
+ Interaction with customer for developing effective customer relationship--- **fulfilling the MQP requirement and deliver the product as per CDD.**
+ Co-ordinate with Lean Team for process improvement--- **participate in the Kaizen work out for meeting the market benchmark**
+ Collaborate with cross functional team for effective shop management--- **Understand the requirement for shop microplanning and knowledge development as per IBR/ASME code**
+ Adaptive to accept new ideas, changes and challenges--- **focus to enhance the skill for leading the area and accept challenges to meet the SAFETY-QUALITY-DELIVERY-COST KPI.**
