Responsibilities

  • Conduct spend analysis to support strategic procurement initiatives

  • Liaise with the Sustainability team on annual sustainability related data and support external auditson supply chain data

  • Assistin calling tenders/ quotationsfor IT, Admin and Corporate Services categories

  • Support the team in sourcing new qualified vendorsfor tender invitationsand onboarding in the Ariba system, including updating existing vendor information whererequired

  • Assistin the preparation of contract documents for awarded vendors

  • Creation of Purchase Orders and Variation Orders in SAP System

  • Perform any other ad-hoc and administrative duties as assigned

  • Currently pursuing a Degreein BusinessManagement,Infrastructure Project Management,Real Estate,orany other related disciplines
