You will assist the Group Talent Management team in the daily operations, as well as participate in the ongoing projects. 

Responsibilities 

  • Assist in the day-to-day management of the Associate Program, including onboarding, scheduling, communications, and tracking progress 

  • Coordinate logistics for program events, workshops, and training sessions

  • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to program participants and activities

  • Help manage communications with external partners, including universities and government bodies

  • Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

  • Requirements 

  • Currently pursuing a Degree in Human Resources or any other related disciplines 

  • Proficient in using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

  • Independent, able to multitask and detail-oriented

  • Good spoken and written English
