Internship Mission

As a Growth Summer Intern, your mission is to help scale offline user acquisition at Aplazo by designing a repeatable and predictable operating model. You will work on defining the right incentives, tools, and messaging to drive acquisition through merchant partners, collaborating closely with Marketing, FieldOps, and Key Account Management.

This is a project-based internship focused on experimentation, operating model design, and execution, with high exposure to senior stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze current offline acquisition performance and identify scaling opportunities
  • Design an offline acquisition operating model that is consistent and predictable
  • Define and test tools and incentive structures to drive acquisition via merchants
  • Collaborate with Marketing, FieldOps, and Key Account Management to align messaging for users and merchants
