Job purpose
We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented HR Operations Intern to join our HR team for 6 months. This role is ideal for someone who is eager to gain hands-on experience in HR processes, employee lifecycle management, and operational excellence. You will work closely with the HR Operations team and support day-to-day HR activities
Key responsibilities
- Intern will support the Human Resources department in its various functions
- Day to day operations of the HR functions/duties and provide administrative support to HR team.
- Support documentation activities such as onboarding forms, ID creation, and personnel file updates.
- Coordinate pre-joining formalities and onboarding sessions
- Assist in exit documentation and clearance formalities
- Creation of different adhoc letters- employment, VISA, NOC etc
- Work on employee Helpdesk tickets and employee queries
Key competencies
- MBA with specialization in Human Resource or similar Post Graduation qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multi-task priority and meet deadlines
- Eagerness to learn and contribute in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
