Intern, Human Resource

Position summary:


This internship provides exposure to People services by supporting daily administrative, operational & project-based tasks at Rolls-Royce. You’ll gain exposure to key areas such as HR processes, policies and best practices while contributing to overall HR efficiency. You’ll also collaborate with cross-functional teams and develop practical skills in HR operations while working with a high volume fast paced environment.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Help in maintaining employee records using HR systems, support in completion of required paperwork.
  • Prepare HR reports, spreadsheets & documentation as needed.
  • Might support in documentation for new letters, announcement & HR updates.
  • Assist in Employee attendance, timesheets, leave records & payroll.
  • Assist in ensuring HR policies and compliance are followed.
  • Who we’re looking for:  

  • Bachelor’s degree/ master’s degree in human resources / business administration, Commerce or related field.
  • Good Knowledge of MS Office/Google workspace.
  • Effective listening and communication skills to enable you to fully understand the needs of the customer and respond appropriately.
  • Ability to work and cope in an ambiguous environment to seek clarification and clarity.
  • Ability to work with high attention to detail, confidentiality, and integrity.
  • Positive attitude and ability to work in a team environment.
