POSITION SUMMARY:

The position will support the HR Analytics and Business Partnering team in crucial year end activities like employee engagement and performance management. The incumbent would need a high degree of attention to detail and an aptitude to analyze and visualize data in line with requirements.

JOB FUNCTION AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Verbatim Analysis for employee engagement survey
  • Creation of briefing decks for leaders 
  • Performance management reporting
  • Supporting other pay-for-performance activities as needed
  • QUALIFICATION:

    MBA – Human Resources 

    WORK SCHEDULE: Mid Shift
