INTERN (INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY - INFRASTRUCTURE)

Job Summary

An Information Technology Infrastructure Intern assists in the installation configuration and maintenance of an organization score technology including networks servers and hardware while also providing first-level technical support for end-users. This role focuses on hands-on tasks like troubleshooting system issues managing inventory and contributing to infrastructure projects to ensure reliable and efficient IT operations. 

Duties and Responsibilities: 

Interns job duties are specified in the Individual Assignment Plan developed by the hiring Code department.
