**Key Responsibilities**
+ Support Country Site Activation staff with site management activities.
+ Communicate with study sites to ensure protocol and guideline compliance.
+ Track and manage clinical and regulatory documents.
+ Coordinate ordering, packaging, and shipment of site supplies.
+ Assist with meeting scheduling, attend meetings, and prepare minutes and action items.
+ Complete required training to stay current in clinical research practices.
