Reporting to the Service Delivery Senior Manager , a s an intern, you will work closely with the IT Global Service Management team to support day to day Service Desk operations, help address operational and process related issues, and contribute to ongoing process development and optimization initiatives. You will play an important role in the smooth transition to new BMC Helix AI capabilities and in the onboarding of a new Service Desk partner.
