Task list:
o Research of state of the art VCO-based ADC in sub-micron technologies (110nm or below)
o Exploration of trade-offs (resolution, power, size) in TDK target technology node
o Work with TDK on definition of IP-level specifications
o Design an IP that fulfills requirements, following TDK INVN design flow (BR1-BR3)
