Responsibilities:

  • Learner management, including assist in registration, scheduling, communication and handling queries
  • Vendor management, including sourcing, coordinating
  • Learning logistics management, including:set-up training room/facilitiesmonitor and report on absenteesprovide support to instructors on logistic matters arrange printing of training materials
  • Virtual session production, including:set-up virtual training roommonitor and report on absenteesprovide support to instructors on logistic matters
  • Post course administration, including:

    • - compiling and analyzing evaluation results

    - learning compliance check

    - arrange for make-up session

  • Conference / event support, including providing on-site support during external training events
  • Any other duties assigned

    • Requirements:

  • Background in Business or Human Resource
