Job description

Status Capital is seeking two interns to join its Investment and Asset Management team. The interns will be involved in several tasks related to fund management and monitoring (e.g., management of real estate assets, project development, interaction with property managers and other service providers, monitoring and review of real estate valuations, preparation and review of documentation supporting fund activities, analysis of real estate investments and marketing). The candidates should be available to 
join Status Capital in the near future.

Responsibilities

• Supporting on fund management and deal execution;
• Reporting on existing investments and performance;
• Market research and analysis;
• Analysis of investment opportunities;
• Underwriting and financial modelling support;
• Creation of deal memorandums and investment committee documents;
• Investor relationship support.
