**About The Role**
- Perform time-sensitive, front-line, customer and carrier-facing work.
- Work closely with different teams to ensure alignment with organizational goals and standards.
- Provide top-tier customer service in timely manner
- Support fast-paced, centralized operational account operations
- Process improvement
- Communicate with and provide feedback to the account operations team to improve on new processes.
- Empowered participation in the development, implementation, and automation of critical business processes
- Other responsibilities as assigned.
Participants will get hands-on experience working with operations seeing the day-to-day work such as over, short & damage, setting appointments, tracking and tracing shipments, attending regularly scheduled meetings, exposure to leadership, and more. Following completion of the internship, participants will be considered for a full-time opportunity.
