Your tasks


  • After an initial training period in the relevant software packages, you will develop parametric finite element (FE) models using various modeling approaches.

  • You will validate and compare these approaches, selecting the most suitable based on defined criteria.

  • You will perform sensitivity and uncertainty analyses to ensure reliable and robust results.

  • You are an enrolled student in the field of mechanical engineering or a similar engineering study, as well as computer science.

  • You have basic knowledge of structural mechanics, structural dynamics, and shaft vibrations.

  • You have good knowledge of Python or another programming language.

  • You have good English language skills, as well as an independent working style and team spirit.

  • Your working style is structured and goal-oriented.
