Job Description - Intern/CSR
1. Review customer schedules and new POs and create/change/revise orders in SAP (training on the job)
2. Learn from the tools we have to support or understand forecast vs orders in Power BI - which will be properly trained - to understand if we should have to create exception rituals when necessary to advance, increment, change orders;
3. Support the CSRs team with document/invoice entries in Customer Portals, to ensure up-to-date payments and also compliance issues;
4. Accompany the auditors in a way that provides in time the necessary documents for the auditors;
5. daily contact with the warehouses in Mexico and other Procurement/Logistics team to ensure the daily operation of the business;
6. attend meetings with Account Managers to understand any specific needs with customers or even share concerns or opportunities/improvement processes
7. Be prepared to be a backup of CSRs during the vacation period, receiving guidance and support ...
