Job Description

The Role:

As an IT Recruiter Intern, you will be responsible for assisting in the end-to-end recruitment process for IT roles. You will gain practical exposure to sourcing strategies, screening candidates, coordinating interviews, and learning IT tools used in recruitment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other networking platforms.
  • Learn and leverage Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other IT recruitment tools.
  • Screen resumes and conduct preliminary assessments to ensure candidate fit.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
  • Work closely with senior recruiters and account managers on live client requirements.
  • Learn basic technical jargon and trends in IT staffing to better evaluate candidates.


Ideal Profile:

Requirements

  • Must be fluent in English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a bachelor’s degree (preferred, not mandatory).
  • Basic understanding of technology domains (e.g., software development, cloud, databases, networking).
  • Willingness to learn new IT tools and recruitment techniques.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently in a remote setup.
