Create tickets based on customers needs and assign these tickets to the designated Retention Managers global wide Ensure that our customer accounts are updated with the correct information (Data integrity) Analyze and document different sources/platforms that customers contact us on (via web shop/Inside Sales, etc.) Answer written inquiries through our email system Learn and apply retention, customer service and sales techniques Collaborate and keep a close exchange with the Retention Managers Requirements
Enrolled student (all genders) in the fields of business administration, linguistics or any other related subject The internship has to be a mandatory part of your studies and last at least 4 months, ideally 6 months Fluency in English is mandatory, further languages are a plus Service orientation, commitment and team spirit Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Follow up on termination tickets and support the team with your team player mentality Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment You are open-minded, highly motivated, passionate and fast- and hard-working What we offer
