Team Overview and Job responsibilities
We are looking for an Intern to join our HR team.
Based in Sorocaba, reporting to Latam Comp & Benefits / Mobility Manager, you will participate daily in technical & administrative activities in accordance with established policies, guidelines, strategies and legislation. You will focus on the following activities:
- Elaborate and consolidate Compensation reports throughout the region;
- Consolidate and share documents and information for Global Mobility and Share Purchasing;
- Assist with project management for Compensation, Share Purchasing and Global Mobility;
- Extract KPI reports to be shared with specific stakeholders;
- Cooperation with team for revision of Compensation and Global Mobility documents.
- Assist Latam Comp & Benefits / Mobility with vendors and payments processes;
- Support with day to day requests.
